Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $75.00 USD qualify for FREE shipping via USPS Economy (typically 5–8 business days). We also offer USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground at checkout.
How is my glass packaged?
Every piece is packed with extreme care using multi-layer bubble wrap, dense protective cushioning, and sturdy corrugated shipping boxes. Packages are completely plain and discreet with no external product markings.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of all packaging and contents immediately, and call our gallery at (253) 267-1708 PST within 24 hours of delivery. All damaged items must remain unused for carrier claim processing.

Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?
We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your USPS or UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to register online.

Are your glass pieces handmade?
Yes! We carry a wide selection of authentic handmade borosilicate glass from renowned Pacific Northwest and national glass artists, ranging from custom heady rigs to daily functional spoons and bubblers.
What is Heady Glass?
Heady glass refers to one-of-a-kind or limited-run blown glass art that combines intricate, master-level lampworking techniques (such as wig wags, reticello, fuming, and electroforming) with functional design.
How do I clean my borosilicate glass pipe or rig?
We recommend using 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and coarse sea salt, or specialized glass cleaners. Soak the piece, gently shake to dissolve resin, and thoroughly rinse with warm water. Never shock hot glass with cold water.
Where can I find lab results (COAs) for wellness products?
You can view and download all third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) lab tests directly on our dedicated Lab Results page at /coas.

What is the age requirement to purchase?
You MUST be at least 21 years of age to purchase products on our website or in our Tacoma gallery.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable goods, smoking accessories, or glass pieces.
How will charges appear on my credit card statement?
All transactions will appear discreetly on your credit or debit card billing statement as "SP*HIPPIE HOUSE GLAS".

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our secure 256-bit encrypted checkout.

Our gallery is located at 3109 6th Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98406, in the heart of Tacoma's vibrant 6th Ave district.
What are your gallery hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
