General Shipping
All orders over $39.95 USD qualify for FREE shipping. These orders are shipped via USPS Economy, which typically takes 5–8 business days for delivery.
We also offer to ship USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and UPS Ground (1-5 business days).
A "business day" in mailing refers to any day of the week except weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, typically meaning that only Monday through Friday are considered business days for calculating shipping times or delivery dates; packages mailed on a non-business day will usually begin processing on the next business day. Once the package is handed over to the mailing carrier, the delivery timeline is unfortunately beyond our control. While we ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly on our end, the responsibility for transit times, delays, or other delivery issues lies with the carrier. We understand how important timely delivery is and will gladly assist in tracking your shipment or resolving any concerns with the carrier to the best of our ability.
We understand the importance of quick, dependable shipping and we work hard to safely and securely ship your order in the least amount of time possible. You will receive email updates regarding your order, including shipping notifications, to keep you informed every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carriers system once you receive your shipment notification.
We currently only ship to the contiguous (lower 48) United States and we do NOT ship Internationally at this time.
Return Policy
ALL SALES FINAL. We do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged item, you MUST immediately take pictures of ALL packaging and contents and call us at (253) 267-1708 PST within 24 hours after receipt of delivery. All damaged contents must be unused and in the original condition you received it.
